To turn this into an issue about how much shit other band members have got over the years here is to miss the point by a mile.

Tito: How have I pushed you into a corner, more specifically what baiting? That is messing around with the Debs and Behshads of the world. No one has taken offense to it. Soto is thickskin so he can handle it. Plus it comes with the territory of being a star. Come on have fun.

I do NOT want to turn this into the other crap other band members have taken also. Even though I disagree with the unfairness in those comments towards Journey members, I believe in 100% free speech, so I am not trying to shut others down. I believe in freedom and creativity, which I believe you do too as a record company executive.

Tito: How was I getting up your nose? Is the message you're talking about the one you sent through Saint John and now the message board?

Tito: I was unofficially given one warning nearly a month ago on the board. I also feel I wasn't attacking Soto when I got suspended/put on holiday. I think Andrew was looking for a reason to suspend me or wouldn't have done it if Soto didn't pop in (Mr. Thickskin). I never had an issue with Soto technically, my comments were more directed to his unrealistic fans on the site. However, some backdoor shots lately along with leaking things back in the day have made him fair game although I never address him personally. As far as talent goes - to each their own. I personally think he's a dime a dozen.

Tito: And me with Soto.

Tito: 12 months? I've only been a member for 4 months. In fairness, it's been 4 productive months so it may feel like 12. I did not butt my head into anything, I stated an opinion which many agreed with, and you only asked me once...awhile ago. As far as lost your patience with me goes to the point I made above - you were looking for reason to give me the heave ho. I still love you though.

We are the ones who can handle the differing opinions. We have never sent a PM to Drew about board content/opinions about people/bands,etc. I'm the one suspended. I have never called Soto or any of his fans a bad name or got personal. I only provided constructive criticism.

I have no problem and agree with you about liking something that isn't popular. However, it is fair game for the sh-t talkers. You don't see us running around like maniacs about 7th Heaven.

Tito: You could've done both. You could've counted ALL the heads before the intro to a song had just begun. LOL

Tito: I don't get the crush by the females. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a prize either but Soto is not good looking. NOTE: Although not my intent as I was responding to the above post, this may qualify as the first personal shot at Soto. Again not my intent but if people have an issue with my comment and take that as a shot, I'll concede the point.

Tito: Schutt, I thought you liked the messing around. From now on, I lay off you in regards to Soto.

If you don't agree or you think it's unfair, politely and privately contact the moderator and say something like 'I think you may be over-reacting, could you please expand on why you think there is a problem.
If you think you are getting told to chill when you see others getting away with something worse, again, contact the moderator privately but you would like to note that there seems to be a discrepancy in how things are being handled, and politely reference those others, stressing that you are not denying responsibility for your own actions but you would like to understand the logic. And either it will be explained to you where the difference lies, or a few more chill pills will be lobbed at someone else.

Tito man, we miss you, but don't try to justify what you did or didn't do. Just swallow the chill; you don't have to agree with Andrew's reasoning, but at least acknowledge you ignored the warnings and will try to cool off in the future on the subject. "

Tito: I thik Andrew is overreacting. LOL But I don't want to bother him with PMs. Again, my intent is not to silence anyone else or compare myself to someone else's posts. Once again, I don't want to bombard Andrew with PMs and create work for him. In addition, I do NOT want to tell him how to run his board (except to let me back on LOL). Remember the time, we were all giving suggestion to him a couple of months ago by his request and yours truly gave his two cents and I was told and I quote, "To STFU and let me (Andrew) run the board." I'm still waiting for that apology.

I was ONLY unofficially warned once on the board.

Tito: That is correct! I had no other outlet and I felt the need to correct some inaccuracies/disagreements I had with the interview. I would have commented on MR and not "followed" Soto over to the article but I had nowhere else to go.
